How many products you offer?

How much does Gofinance service cost me?

Gofinance offer a neutral advisory at ZERO cost to customers.

How long it takes to have a reply to my inquires?

Within 24 hours, our call back service will assign an a Financial Expert to follow up on your banking or insurance products inquiry.

Will you charge any fee in the future?

Our model is based on 0% customer fee.

Are you a bank?

No, we are not a bank, we are platform who has tie up’s with multiple banks who will receive and process your application.

Are you an insurance company?

No, we are not an insurance, we have tie up’s with multiple insurance companies.

What are the terms of Home Finance Service?

It depends from bank to bank and subject to central bank regulations.

Can I change my service request after submitting my request?

Yes, our Agents will be happy to guide you to the best offers available between different subscribed banks or insurance companies.

Is it a guarantee to get my banking product approval upon submitting the request?

It depends on the documents submitted and the qualification criteria for each of the service providers, either banks or insurance companies.

How many services I can request daily?

Unlimited amount of services.

Can I refer you to my friends?

Yes, and we have our referral program that pays upon lead conversion.

Will you make your services available in the GCC?

Yes, we have an expansion program across the GCC countries and beyond. However, GCC nationals or residents can apply for UAE Banking products.

Can I have a co-applicant with me?

Yes, our platform is first of its kind that can guide you to add a co-applicant or even a co-borrower.

How much is the arrangement fees?

Gofinance does not charge customer any fees, however, Banks may charge an arrangement fees than depends from bank to bank, which is payable to the Bank directly.

What happen in case of not being able to continue paying my mortgage (because of death or accident …etc)?

Most Financial services underwrites a life Insurance policy for mortgage products. We recommend you check the details of insurance / Takaful requirement before selecting the product of your choice.

Can you also help me to find a suitable property?

We are not Real Estate broker; once you find a suitable property, Gofinance has multiple option through its Property Finance market place.

What is a minimum age of an applicant?

Depend on product and bank to bank from 18 years and above.

What is a Maximum age of an applicant?

The combine tenor of the finance and the age of the applicant shall not surpass 60-65 Years old, except for mortgage products 65-70 years old.

Are you approved by Central Bank?

We are a marketplace that allows customers to compare , apply and sign for financial products and services from our partner Banks whom are regulated by Central Bank.

How do you operate locally in UAE?

We have multiple brokerage licenses for financial, mortgage finance, commercial, insurance and valuation license.

How authentic is the bank approval received through your platform?

Application approval comes directly from the select bank.
